Although over time additional soil properties will be generated, the downloads here refer to S-World version 2.1 (the version that was also used in Stoorvogel and Mulder, 2021). Four soil properties were included in the analysis describing soil organic carbon contents (expressed in 0.1%) of the topsoil and subsoil and soil texture over the entire soil profile in terms of percentage clay and sand. The data can be downloaded per continent from the table below.
